About Me

Biography

I am a barrister practising from 36 Bedford Row.

I specialise in employment, education law and commercial and civil litigation.

As an employment lawyer, I regularly appear in Employment Tribunals up and down the country, and the Employment Appeal Tribunal in Central London. Additionally, I have a growing practice in High Court injunctive relief work, with a particular emphasis on misuse of confidential information.

My commercial practice focuses primarily on High Court litigation involving contractual disputes. I also appear regularly in a range of civil matters in the County Court. Additionally, I regularly act for and against further and higher education institutions.

I also have experience of international law and foreign jurisdictions and, prior to coming to the bar, spent time working for the United Nations in Bosnia.

In addition to my legal practice I lecture and publish. I am a guest lecturer in employment law at Roehampton University and in international procedural law at London South Bank University. I have authored numerous academic articles and my work is referenced on both Westlaw UK and LexisNexis Butterworths.
